Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us ! If for any reason, you would like to return your order, you can do so during the next 30 days after receiving your package.

Shipment costs are at your charge, except if we have made a mistake on our side (in that case, please send an email to hello@eliandnev.com informing about the order number and mistake, and we will take care of the return).

Return process

1. The item/s should be unwashed, unworn and still have its labels.
2. Please send us an email at hello@eliandnev.com, so we can give you the closest address for your return.  If you live outside the EU, please make sure to cover all the custom fees (DDP-Delivery Duty Paid). Otherwise, the return package may not be accepted or we would deduct all custom fees.
3. In order to track your return, please send an email informing us about:order number, unit/s returned, name of the courier agency

Once we will receive the item/s, we will review them and proceed with the refund in your credit card during the next week after receiving the box.
